教育へ切り込むため、Artisty「BASE」を作りたいと考えています。

「BASE」は、

子供を真ん中に置く地域社会を構築し、

芸術による育成教育に特化したArtistyが集結するクラウドです。

多様に与していく個々のアーティストクリエイター芸術家が集まり、

教育を基軸に社会へ波及し、大きな経済循環を生むことを目的とします。

世界中のアーティストが、政治や社会の力によって

学びの自由に制限を受ける各国の子ども達が自由と表現を得るため、

可能な時間をご提供いただきたいと考えます。

多種多様なクリエイターアーティストが子ども達の感性育成のために、集ってくださると嬉しく思います。

子ども達が「表現」の機会を得るために、皆様の背中によってあらゆる技能や感性を子ども達へ伝えていけたらと願っております。

Our Story and Vision

Since spring 2021, we have been conducting “Chibakko Terakoya” which is a subsidized after school program approved by Chiba city.

Based on our experience of organizing and producing opera performances by top professionals at a small theater called “ Kazenooka Hall” for the past 21 years,

We have realized that the benefits of art, music and stage performances have a significant impact on mental growth and development as a person. Utilizing this experience, we have been holding summer school programs for elementary to high school students since 2014 and we have witnessed firsthand the transformation of children who gain confidence and express themselves more brightly and openly. It was a great surprise.

As a result, we strongly felt the desire to utilize this experience for the daily supervision and support of children and thus we started the after-school program.

Since starting the program, we have observed a social problem caused by the current adult-centered social structure that hinders the healthy development of children. Children, who are expected to bear the future of society, often express feelings of reluctance to try new things, fear of failure, and anxiety about being compared to others. They avoid failure, which could help them grow as individuals, and feel discomfort in being different from their peers.

Being involved in the expressive arts means that unique personalities are valued and continuing to pursue expressions that no one else can do is desirable. We believe that respecting individual differences and nurturing skills are the skills that we, who are involved in expression and art, possess.

Could you assist us in building a society that generates vitality and peace through art by fostering children who can establish confidence by overcoming their fear of failure, developing their individuality, and breaking away from the evaluation of children solely based on grades?

Even if the time that each individual artist can contribute is limited, we believe that by having many artists offer what they can, the time that they exist as points can be connected into lines and surfaces, and a support system for children can be established.

TERRA Artistry BASE

An artist base that aims to use art to construct a society and economy, with children and local communities at its core and a global reach.

We aim to create a "BASE" as a hub for artists and creators to support the academy and drive a diverse societal structure that leads to circulation. This academy will be located around the world, with the goal of passing on the goodness of Japan and its expressions to people and children of Japanese descent in various countries, as well as those interested in Japanese art. We also hope to utilize the world of the cloud, connecting artists from around the world and spreading a wave of peace that encompasses the entire planet, full of freedom and vitality through a variety of arts.

It's okay if you don't speak Japanese, but since our foundation is based on English education, we ask that applicants have a level of English proficiency that allows for effective communication and explanations in English.

2021年春より千葉市公認民間子どもルーム（小学生の学童「ちばっ子寺子屋」）を補助事業を行っています。

それまでの21年間、風の丘HALLという小劇場で、トッププロによるオペラ公演を主催制作してきた経験より、芸術・音楽・舞台から得られるものが、人間の成長に大きな効果があることを実感しました。またこの経験を生かし2014年より小学生〜高校生へ向けた夏休みの学校を開催してきました。そこで、まさに子ども達が自信を持ち明るく伸び伸びと表現するように変化する様を目の当たりにしました。大きな驚きでした。

これによって日常の子供の見守り寄り添いに活用したいという強い思いが生まれ、

学童を始めるに至りました。

学童を始めてみて見えてきたものは、

現代の大人中心で回る社会構造によって子ども達の健やかな成長へが妨げられていることで

生じている社会問題でした。

日々の保育で事の重大性を感じずにはいられませんでした。

未来の社会を担うべき子ども達の口癖は、

「やだ、やらない」「失敗したらやだ」「うまくいかないから」

挑戦すらしようとせず、人間力を伸ばす「失敗」を避け、

人の目を気にして、人と違うことへの違和感、

人と比べられることへの恐怖、に怯えているのです。
